I've recently come across your website through extensive searches on mk2 Fords.

I've recently purchased a 1956 mk2 Zodiac here in Bangkok, Thailand (see pics attached). I intend to take about 2~3 years to do a complete restoration, well as best I can over here anyway. Unfortunately, at present it's fitted with a Toyota (I think) back axle, so I'm looking for an original one to fit. I see from your story that you've also gone through this problem. Basically....

• Would you be able to help me source a mk2 Zodiac back axle (ratio 3.9:1), complete with shock absorbers?

The pictures show it the day I bought it. I've attached another showing how I got it home! The steering box was completely shattered making it impossible to drive. As I said before, it'll be a long term project, so no major hurry on anything right now.
